National Day of Prayer

The National Day of Prayer was Thursday, May 2, 2024 and hosted by Vista UMC’s Stephen Minister team. Folks attended Vista de la Montaña United Methodist Church as tens of thousands of prayer gatherings also took place on that day from coast to coast. Exhibits created by the team were displayed around the sanctuary and coincided with the National Day of Prayer 2024 theme: “Lift Up The Word-Light Up The World”, along with descriptions for each display as visitors viewed and took quiet time to pray.
